Privacy Policy

ListingLift ("we", "us") is a tool that turns photos of items you want to sell into ready-to-paste marketplace listings. We designed it to hold as little of your data as possible.

What we process, and where it lives

• Your photos are resized in your browser, sent securely to our server, passed once to our AI provider (Anthropic) to write your listing, and returned to you. We do not store your photos on our servers, and they are not used to train AI models.
• Your inventory, sales history and settings (names, codes, prices, profits, preferences) are stored only on your own device, in your browser's local storage. They never reach our servers. If you clear your browser data or lose your device, that data is gone — use the in-app Backup button regularly.
• Your subscription is handled by Stripe. Stripe processes your payment details; we never see or store your card number. We hold only a Stripe customer reference so the app knows your subscription is active. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
• Cookies: we use a small number of strictly functional cookies — one that proves your subscription is active on this device, and one that counts daily analyses to prevent abuse. No advertising or tracking cookies. No analytics profiles are built about you.
• Restore emails: if you use "Restore my access", we look up the email you enter in Stripe and (where enabled) send you a one-tap access link via our email provider (Resend). The email address is used for that purpose only.

What we don't do

• We don't sell, rent or share your personal data with anyone.
• We don't run ads or advertising trackers.
• We don't connect to, or act on, your marketplace accounts — you paste listings yourself.

Data retention & your rights

Because your working data lives on your device, deleting it is in your hands (clear the app's data, or delete individual items in the app). Subscription records are kept in Stripe as long as legally required for accounting. You can cancel anytime via "Manage my subscription" in the app. For any privacy request — access, correction, deletion — email us and we'll act promptly.

Terms of Use

• ListingLift is a writing and organisation tool. You review everything it produces and you post listings to marketplaces yourself; you are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish and for complying with each marketplace's rules.
• Price suggestions and star ratings are estimates, not guarantees. Selling outcomes depend on your items and the market.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you keep access until the end of the paid period after cancelling. Fair use applies (a generous daily analysis allowance protects the service from automated abuse).
• ListingLift is not affiliated with or endorsed by Etsy, Vinted, eBay or Depop.
• The service is provided "as is"; to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

ListingLift convierte fotos de tus artículos en anuncios listos para pegar. Está diseñado para guardar la mínima cantidad posible de datos.

• Tus fotos se reducen en tu navegador, se envían de forma segura a nuestro servidor, pasan una sola vez por nuestro proveedor de IA (Anthropic) para escribir el anuncio, y se devuelven. No las almacenamos y no se usan para entrenar modelos.
• Tu inventario, ventas y ajustes viven solo en tu dispositivo (almacenamiento local del navegador). Nunca llegan a nuestros servidores. Usa el botón de Copia de seguridad con regularidad.
• Tu suscripción la gestiona Stripe; nunca vemos tu tarjeta. Solo guardamos una referencia de cliente para saber que tu suscripción está activa.
• Cookies: solo funcionales (acceso y límite diario). Sin publicidad ni rastreadores.
• No vendemos ni compartimos tus datos. No nos conectamos a tus cuentas de los marketplaces.
